Upgrade your seats

How it works

1. 1Login to the Sydney FC Membership Portal.
2. 2Click on 'My Account', which will open more details in a new tab.
3. 3On the left-hand side, below your phone number, select 'My Events'.
4. 4Choose the match that you wish to upgrade your seats for by clicking 'View Event Details'.
5. 5On the right-hand side of the screen, click 'Seat Upgrade' before selecting the seats you wish to upgrade for the selected fixture.
6. 6The event map will take a little while to load, but then show you the locations where you can upgrade to.
7. 7Choose your preferred seats and click continue.
8. 8You will be taken to a confirmation page, showing your Membership Seats and those that you will be upgrading to for the selected fixture.
9. 9Confirm, and then enjoy a premium view as you cheer on your Sky Blues.

Return your seats

How it works

1. 1Login to the Sydney FC Membership Portal.
2. 2Click on 'My Account', which will open more details in a new tab.
3. 3On the left-hand side, below your phone number, select 'My Events'.
4. 4Choose the match that you wish to return your seats for by clicking 'View Event Details'.
5. 5On the right-hand side of the screen, click 'More' and then 'Return' before selecting the seat(s) you wish to return for the selected fixture.
6. 6Select a 'Reason' for your return, to confirm that you still wish to return your seat(s) and click 'Continue'.
7. 7You will be taken to a final review page, showing the Membership Seats that you will be returning for the selected fixture.
8. 8Click 'Submit' to confirm, and then wait for your seat to be purchased by another Member or fan to receive a discount on your next season's Membership Renewal.

If your Membership is sold to another Member or fan, you will receive a credit towards next season's Membership renewal. Credits are calculated as per the membership credits table (contact the Membership Team for details).
